Job Description

Summary:

Creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 1.5-2 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions. Skilled in applying instructional design models, creating e-learning content, and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to enhance learner performance and organizational outcomes. Proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools for audio and video creation, narration, and interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Designed and developed instructional materials, e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended learning solutions using ADDIE and other instructional design models. Collaborated with SMEs, stakeholders, and trainers to analyze learning needs and design effective learning interventions. Created engaging storyboards, scripts, and assessments aligned with learning objectives. Utilized authoring tools to develop interactive and multimedia-rich courses. Applied adult learning theories and instructional strategies to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention. Enhanced accessibility by creating text-to-speech audio content to support diverse learner needs. Evaluated training effectiveness through feedback, learner assessments, and performance outcomes; recommended improvements. Maintained and updated learning materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards. Supported Learning Management System (LMS) administration by uploading, testing, and tracking course performance.
