Utilize advanced instructional models and adult learning methods to design learning experiences that promote practice, retention, and application of new skills and knowledge Lead needs analysis and requirements gathering sessions using business and HR acumen and Design Thinking principles Stay abreast of technology trends and evolving expectations of learners and organizations Manage the end-to-end Project execution, design, development, and implementation of continuous learning solutions for multiple complex learning projects Identify measures of success through project management of costs, work efforts, timelines, forecasting, and deliverables Make recommendations regarding Build-or-Buy decisions, curate and repurpose content as appropriate Create interactive, engaging, scalable content projects that drive learning transformation and functions\' revenue growth Maintains collaborative relationships and communication with internal stakeholders & continually seek out ways to improve the Solution design process. Primary Skills Experience in leading Learning and HR Solutions and transformation processes Experience in Learning technology, SAP, HCM, Case management tool, eLearning content, LMS, LXP, Learning design, and delivery Good verbal and written communication skills Managing internal stakeholders Project Management Secondary Skills Pricing and commercial know-how of content projects Familiar with current learning and performance improvement industry standards, approaches, and innovations.
