Required Experience:
2-4 years of Instructional design experience (corporate segment)
Start Date:
Immediate or within 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
Design, develop, and implement instructional materials
such as e-learning modules, facilitator guides, storyboards, assessments, and job aids.
Apply
instructional design models
(ADDIE, SAM, or similar) and adult learning theories to develop effective learning solutions.
Collaborate
with SMEs, graphic designers, and multimedia developers to create interactive and visually appealing content.
Develop content using authoring tools such as
Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards and branding.
Conduct
pilot testing
, gather feedback, and make revisions to improve learning effectiveness.
Stay updated
on current trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and e-learning methodologies.
What We're Looking For?
Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and learner engagement.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
