We are seeking skilled Instructional Designers with 1-3 years of experience to join our education and content development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating structured learning materials and collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver high-quality academic and training content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents to guide course development.
Create detailed course outlines tailored to project requirements and learning objectives.
Develop storyboards for e-learning modules that are compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Create video storyboards that align with instructional goals and enhance learning experiences.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks and perform thorough content reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate effectively with SMEs to refine and structure course content based on expertise and learning goals.
Ensure all content adheres to instructional design principles and is delivered according to project timelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer in academic or corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy).
Experience in developing digital learning materials, including LMS-compatible modules, storyboards, and video scripts.
Exceptional writing, visualization, and content structuring skills.
Proven ability to work with SMEs across various domains to develop relevant and accurate content.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring clarity and consistency in all deliverables.
