Key Responsibilities
Create
High-Level Design (HLD)
and
Low-Level Design (LLD)
documents.
Develop
course outlines
based on project requirements.
Create
LMS-compatible storyboards
for e-learning modules.
Develop
video storyboards
aligned with instructional objectives.
Conduct
quality checks (QA)
and perform thorough content reviews.
Collaborate closely with
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
to refine and structure content.
Ensure all content follows instructional design principles and meets project timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years
of proven experience as an Instructional Designer.
Strong understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.).
Experience in developing digital learning materials (LMS modules, storyboards, scripts).
Strong writing, visualization, and structuring skills.
Ability to work with SMEs across various domains.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and documentation skills.
