Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
oDeveloping end-to-end learning solutions on Articulate 360 and RISE 360 besides conceptualizing and storyboarding
oDesigning engaging learning activities and compelling course content supporting materials or scripts for videos, simulations, role plays, games, job aids etc.
oLiaising with stakeholders (SMEs, client) during the design and development process
oContributing in solutioning for new opportunities by analyzing client requirements, estimating efforts, etc.
oApplying appropriate ID strategies (including gamification) based on the target audience and learning context
oCollaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), internal teams, vendors, and other functional teams (PM/Graphic/Programming) during the design and development process
oDesigning and creating standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution, with guidance from Functional Head / Manager
oConducting thorough reviews and quality assurance edits of instructional materials (prototypes, storyboards, final product, etc.) developed by the team to maintain accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the desired learning objectives
oEnsuring reviews and defects are logged in the recommended format based on project requirements
oMaintaining project documentation, including, proposals, design documents, storyboards, ID checklists etc. and adhering to version control
oMonitoring and reviewing deliverables for completeness, compliance with instructional/project standards prior to sending to stakeholders for review
oProviding guidance and support to junior IDs offering expertise in ID principles, methodologies, and tools
oEnsuring that schedules and project efforts are met according to the training plan
oMentoring and training team members based on project scope and requirements
oIdentifying / recommending process improvements to build efficiencies
oEvaluating the performance and providing constructive feedback to team members and lending support as and when required
oLeveraging authoring tools, Learning Management System (LMS), and other relevant technologies to effectively develop and deliver learning solutions
oStaying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest best practices in instructional design
Preferred Skill/Experience/Requirement
o8 to 10 years of core instructional design experience in the corporate sector
oProficiency in working with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, RISE 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.
oIn-depth knowledge of ID methodologies and models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles
oWorking knowledge or experience of Digital Adaptation Platforms such as WalkMe will be an added advantage
oWorking knowledge or experience of ERP platform/tools such as SAP Enable Now, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, will be an added advantage
oKnow-how of Learning Management System (LMS)/Learning Content Management (LCMS) and compliance standards (WCAG, SCORM, etc.)
oOutstanding written and verbal communication skills
oAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality learning materials
oAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with a collaborative mindset
oAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
oAbility to think critically and analyze complex problems related to ID
oAbility to work independently and in a team environment
oAbility to manage small teams
Qualification
oA graduate in Arts (MA with English)/ Science or any graduate with a flair for writing.
OR
oA degree/diploma in Mass Communication/Journalism
OR
oA degree/diploma/certification in Instructional Design

Pay: ₹304,258.11 - ₹1,622,629.01 per year
