Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in instructional design principles and learning methodologies, with proven experience in designing engaging and effective learning experiences for a variety of audiences and delivery modes (Level1, Level2, Level3 & Level4)

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand training requirements and learning objectives. Design and develop high-quality instructional content, including detailed storyboards, facilitator guides, learner guides, and assessments Apply adult learning theories, instructional models (such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy), and Pedagogical best practices. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract and organize content Provide training and monitor the junior team members Review and revise content based on feedback and ensure alignment with learning goals and brand guidelines Audio, Video Scripting creation and collaboration with respective departments.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education (English- Literature, IT, Business Management) 5-8 years of experience in instructional design roles Strong understanding of instructional design technical methodologies and learning theories Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Experience developing content for various delivery formats (e-learning, ILT, VILT, blended) Proficiency with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in multiple domains such as IT, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Automobile, Finance etc

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
