We are looking for an experienced

Instructional Designer

who can design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating

software simulations,

particularly for technical audiences. Here are the responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Project Managers, SMEs and other key stakeholders to identify and recommend learner engagement strategies Execute full-cycle Instructional Design projects through Needs Assessment, Skills Gap Analysis and Adult Learning Methodology Analyze, design and develop eLearning content for a global audience in a variety of domains Demonstrate a good understanding of instructional design principles to create engaging content including software simulations, learning scenarios & knowledge assessments Able to manage several projects simultaneously and adhere to stringent timelines Must be able share / present work samples developed using either Captivate or Camtasia

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience as an Instructional Designer is required Proficiency and excellent knowledge of using softwares like Camtasia and/or Adobe Captivate Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Have the demonstrated maturity to independently handle customer interactions Experience with gamification, mobile learning, and microlearning Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
