Position: Instructional Designer

Location: Baner- Pune

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and develop instructional strategies for K12 eLearning courses. Design and develop interactive, visually appealing eLearning content using various instructional design methodologies. Create storyboards, scripts, and detailed outlines to guide the development of multimedia assets, including videos, animations, and simulations. Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance the overall learning experience. Ensure that eLearning content aligns with curriculum standards, learning outcomes, and pedagogical principles suitable for K12 education. Conduct thorough reviews of content to ensure accuracy, coherence, and adherence to educational objectives. Stay updated with eLearning industry trends, educational technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality of content development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. 3-6 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer in the eLearning industry, with a strong focus on K12 education. Proficiency in using instructional design tools, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia software. In-depth knowledge of educational theories, learning principles, and instructional design methodologies. Experience with curriculum design and alignment with K12 educational standards. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging and effective learning materials.
