Key Roles & Responsibilities

1? Content Design & Development

Develop interactive and visually appealing learning modules, primarily using PowerPoint. Structure content flow to ensure clarity, learner engagement, and instructional effectiveness. Translate SME inputs into high-quality instructional materials. Align content with defined learning outcomes and curriculum requirements.

2? Storyboarding & Visualization

Create clear and engaging storyboards for e-learning or instructor-led programs. Apply visual hierarchy, relevant graphics, and layout principles for better comprehension. Collaborate with graphic designers, motion designers, and SMEs to finalize visuals and interactions.

3? Content Quality & Review

Proofread and refine content for accuracy, language quality, and learner engagement. Maintain consistency in formatting, branding, and instructional style. Incorporate feedback from reviewers and academic leads within timelines.

4? Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate closely with SMEs, academic heads, and production/media teams. Participate in creative brainstorming to enhance instructional strategies and delivery approach. Ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain proper version control.

5? Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily productivity logs for content created, reviewed, and finalized. Track project progress and provide regular status updates to reporting managers.

Required Skills

Strong command over English -- grammar, structure, and storytelling Proficiency in PowerPoint; basic familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus Ability to visualize content and present concepts creatively Basic understanding of instructional design principles Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's/master's degree in: Education, Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, Instructional Design, or any related field Experience :- 0 to 2 Years
