Job Description

We're on the hunt for a creative, curious, and results-driven Instructional Designer to join our team for a 6-month contract and help build world-class learning solutions. Whether it's digital, virtual, or blended -- you know how to make learning stick.

What You'll Do:

Design engaging learning experiences from the ground up Develop eLearning, microlearning, job aids, and virtual workshops Partner with SMEs to turn knowledge into action Use tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate to create standout content Apply learning theory, UX thinking, and analytics to craft impact-driven solutions

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience designing learning content Proven working experience in instructional design - technical or engineering background is a must, Rail domain will be added advantage. A self-starter mindset with great communication and project skills Bonus if you have: graphic design chops, LMS experience, or a flair for video
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
