ORANTS AI is seeking a talented and eager Intern: Instructional Designer to join our growing learning design team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-learning course creation within a fast-paced AI and Big Data company. You'll contribute to shaping world-class digital courses, working closely with subject matter experts and the production team.

COMPENSATION :

Training Period: 3 month (unpaid probation) After Training: 10,000/- fixed + performance-based incentives Location: Remote (India) Work Schedule: Flexible Working Hours
Responsibilities :

Assist in designing course outlines and learning paths aligned with learning outcomes Support in scripting video lessons, quizzes, and interactive elements Collaborate with SMEs, video editors, and marketing teams Learn and apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) Help optimize courses for platforms like Udemy, Coursera, and internal LMS
Requirements :

Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, EdTech, or related fields. Strong interest in instructional design principles & adult learning theory. Good writing and storyboarding skills. Familiarity with tools like Articulate, Rise 360, or Camtasia (preferred but not mandatory). Bonus: Interest in tech, AI, entrepreneurship, or digital marketing. Must be proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a remote-first environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
