Responsibilities:
Job Role: Sr associate / Process Specialist / Subject Matter Expert, Instructional Design
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Work From Office)
Shifts: 3 PM - 12 AM
Process: GCC - HRSS - Instructional Design
Role Brief:
The Instructional Design person is responsible for planning, designing and developing eLearning training content for the organization. This includes meeting with business process owners to understand course requirements, preparation of storyboards and construction of eLearning courses (most typically using Articulate software).

  • This is an ID role, where you will primarily be supporting the projects from partner teams supporting India, United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always
  • Understanding of cognitive flow, structure, and sequencing of information in a manner best suited to meet the learning outcomes
  • Experience with Projects / Program Management and Addie Development Lifecycle
  • Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the Project Manager around scope and solution
  • Support instructional design needs across all Clean Harbors US & Canada
  • Design and develop learning deliverables utilizing basic tools and templates
  • Create storyboards and design specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for content development
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide recommendations to improve learner engagement and content retention
  • Develop pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit, and organizational performance
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, team members, and project managers to understand course requirements, key learning objectives and audience definitions
  • Escalate any issues affecting the timeliness or scope of the instructional design/development project
Qualifications:
Skill/Expectations:
  • Overall, 3+ years of experience with Instructional Designing, learning management systems & designing tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
  • Experience in managing direct connects with stakeholders & partner teams
  • Effective organizational skillsxe2x80x8b and time management skills.
  • Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to manage changexe2x80x8b, strong attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Experience in Oracle, MS office tool will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Expertise in industry-standard design or rapid authoring tools such as Articulate or Snagit
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Be proficient with using tools like Canva, Articulate Storyline, and Play.HT.
  • Any previous experience with Graphical design would be good add on to the team
  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream
