We are seeking a skilled and creative Instructional Designer to build compelling and interactive learning experiences for corporate training environments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong command of eLearning tools, video creation platforms, and a passion for transforming content into engaging and effective training materials.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Captivate, and Lectora.
• Create clear and detailed development guides for course developers.
• Build custom interactive learning assets, interactive videos, and conceptual visual maps.
• Develop animated videos using tools such as Vyond, Powtoon, and Synthesia.
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D digital character illustrations.
• Apply principles of design thinking, UI/UX, and interaction design to learning solutions.
• Work collaboratively with international stakeholders, including US-based teams.

Must-Have Skills:

• Authoring Tools: Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Captivate, Camtasia, and Lectora.
• Video Tools: Experience with Vyond, Powtoon, Adobe Creative Suite, and Synthesia.
• Design & Interaction: Expertise in Adobe XD, developing custom interactives, and concept mapping.
• Illustration: Ability to create 2D/3D digital character illustrations.
• Domain Experience: Prior experience in developing corporate training content (experience in healthcare is a plus).
