Key Responsibilities:
- Organize existing electrical training materials, technical documents, and resources into structured learning modules
- Compile and format training content such as presentations, handouts, and reference materials from available resources
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and revise curriculum design accordingly
- Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to understand training objectives, identify content requirements and convert it into complete module.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (education, engineering, management or related fields preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated learner who can quickly grasp technical concepts through consultation
- Retired professors or academicians with teaching and curriculum development experience are given preference.
