Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:Design instructionally sound training programs incorporating principles of the ADDIE model and Gagne's Nine events Create training content incorporating the adult learning principles and that appeals to learners with varied learning styles Formulates learning objectives; plans, designs, and developing methods for the assessment and evaluation of training effectiveness Analyze and apply trends in learning technologies and instructional design Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process Create supporting materials/media (Audio, video, simulations, role-plays etc.) Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course Maintain project documentation and course folders

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Postgraduation or degree in HR management, business administration, technical field or equivalent Certification in Instructional Design is an added advantage
