Key Responsibilities
Conduct learning needs analysis and define measurable learning objectives.
Design course structures, modules, and assessments.
Develop instructional strategies using ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning theories.
Create storyboards, scripts, facilitator guides, and handouts.
Collaborate with content writers, SMEs, and developers to deliver effective training solutions.
Evaluate effectiveness of training modules and improve based on learner feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's in
Instructional Design, Education, or Learning Sciences

2+ years of instructional design experience (corporate or academic preferred).
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning best practices.
Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate preferred).
Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.
