:Instructional Designer :Responsibilities:1)Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention andtransfer. This includes design and developing Level 2 and 3 Storyboards in PowerPoint/MS-Wordand then final development/publishing in e-learning authoring tools; testing of courses prior totheir release.2)Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiencexe2x80x99s training needs3)State instructional end goals and create content that matches them4)Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product5)Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts6)Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods7)Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process8)Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)9)Decide on the criteria used to judge learnerxe2x80x99s performance and develop assessment instruments10)Maintain project documentation and course foldersRequirements:1)six years of proven working experience in instructional design2)Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models3)BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar4)Knowledge of eLearning development tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, AdobeFlash, Trivantis Lectora, etc.xe2x80x8b
