We are looking for a creative and practical Instructional Designer - Content to develop training material for our channel partners (Associate Buyers). This role is about making learning simple, engaging, and easy to understand for people across India, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. The candidate should have expertise in instructional design methodologies, e-learning tools, and content development strategies specific to the Direct Selling Industry. You will work with trainers, leaders, and subject experts to design online and offline learning modules that help our associates understand products, selling techniques, and business skills. The goal is to empower people with knowledge that grows their confidence and business success.
Brief :
Design Training Programs:
Create engaging learning modules (both online and classroom) that are easy to understand.
Create Content:
Prepare presentations, videos, scripts, workbooks, and quizzes in both Hindi and English for better reach.
Use Right Techniques:
Apply adult learning methods (stories, examples, role-plays, gamification) that connect with real-life situations of our associates.
Collaborate:
Work closely with trainers, product experts, and business leaders to ensure content is correct and relevant.
Engage Learners:
Use interactive and fun ways like
games, short videos, storytelling, case studies, and Q&A activities
to make learning memorable.
Evaluate & Improve:
Take feedback from learners, track progress, and improve the material continuously.
Key Result Areas:
Quality training content (simple, clear, engaging).
Good collaboration with trainers and business teams.
Effective use of LMS (Learning Management System) for online learning.
Assessments and quizzes that check understanding and build confidence.
Skills required:
Strong writing and editing skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to make training simple, clear, and practical.
Knowledge of tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate (preferred, not mandatory if quick learner).
Creativity in using stories, visuals, and activities to make learning fun.
Good communication skills and ability to explain concepts in simple words.
Understanding of adult learning principles (how grown-ups learn best).
Experience in direct selling/retail/training will be a plus
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to evolving learning needs.
Have a good understanding about the Activities/ Games etc (Digital/ Physical both) to make content Impactful.
Have a strong sense of Tenacity of Purpose and deadlines driven.
Educational /Professional Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
Minimum 4 years' experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training program creation.
Hands-on experience in developing learning content for Hindi-speaking audiences.
