Job Summary:
Design and develop engaging, scalable learning solutions, leveraging e-learning tools and best practices in instructional design. Partner closely with global stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and regional teams to deliver impactful learning experiences aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Design & Development:

  • Create immersive, effective learning modules using instructional design models
  • Translate technical content and business processes into user-friendly deliverables through storyboards, scripts, and visual designs.
  • Develop multiple media formats: eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), simulations, videos, job aids, and role-play scenarios.
Tool Proficiency & Delivery:
  • Expert use of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Suite Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, Synthesia and other multimedia tools.
  • Work seamlessly with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to publish, manage, and update content.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Partner with global SMEs and regional teams to gather requirements, validate content, ensure cultural relevance, and align learning objectives with real-world applications.
  • Align with brand and corporate standards for consistency
Project & Quality Management:
  • Manage instructional design projects from ideation to deployment. This includes creating timelines, tracking versions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct reviews, iterate based on stakeholder feedback, and ensure training materials meet quality standards and business outcomes.
  • Apply evaluation techniques and learner performance data to refine and enhance learning modules.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Experience: 37 years in instructional design roles within corporate or learning environments; GCC or global project exposure is advantageous.
  • Tools: Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, LMS platforms, and desktop publishing suites.
  • Models & Theory: Strong understanding of adult learning theory, and experience applying frameworks like ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick.
  • Project Management: Ability to organize, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work within fast-paced or matrix environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • AI or immersive tech familiarity (e.g., AR/VR).
  • Experience in leadership development, compliance, or regulated industries.
  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, Instructional Design) or advanced training.
