Role Description

Support the content and design needs for Syllable?s ongoing projects and partner brands. This includes creating and reviewing videos, infographics, and learning materials such as workbooks and pre-reads, as well as writing and designing reports. You will also edit, proofread, and format academic content and other documents to enhance clarity and overall flow.

Key Responsibilities

Create, review and edit visual content (videos, infographics etc.) for internal and partner projects. Format, proofread, edit and design reports and academic materials for readability and coherence. Collaborate on learning modules for LMS platforms ?Zoho Learn or similar; willingness to learn is sufficient). Maintain consistent quality standards across all content formats.

Required Skills

Understanding of AI tools, along with the ability to write clear and effective prompts for AI-assisted content generation. Proficiency in Canva. Working knowledge of Google Docs/Word and Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Google Slides is a plus. Openness to learning and using LMS platforms (experience not required). Experience with any additional relevant tools is welcome as the team is open to adopting new tools based on your expertise.

Duration: 3 months (with the possibility of extension based on performance) Work Location: Remote (occasional visit to Pune, if possible) Certification: Certificate of completion of the internship will be provided based on performance. Work Timings: Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM (Saturday work only if absolutely necessary) Start Date: Immediate
