Location :Sarjapur,Bangalore WorkDays: 5 days Work Mode: Workfromoffice(opentoHybrid) Duration: 6 months Department: Education ReportsTo: Sr.CurriculumManager Position Overview The candidate will support the Curriculum Department in the design, development, and evaluation of training programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the education sector and developing key skills in training, content development, and curriculum evaluation. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing training programs for educators/captains. Helpdesignanddeveloptrainingmaterials, including handouts, video recordings, presentations, and online resources. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as scheduling, booking meetings, and preparing materials. Conduct training sessions to provide support to the program team and gather feedback on the curriculum. Collaborate with program managers to evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and suggest improvements. Document and maintain records of training sessions, participant feedback, and program evaluations. Support the curriculum team with any tasks as the need arises Assistinadministrativetasksrelatedtoteachertrainingandcurriculum development. Monitor live sessions to observe trainers\' performance and gather insights into students\' expectations Provideactionablefeedbacktotrainersafterlivesessions Engage in continuous learning opportunities to keep abreast of latest teaching methodologies and tools. Qualifications: Pursuing or completed Masters in Education, Psychology, Literature , English Studies, Media, and Mass Communication or Marketing Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in MS OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, slides, sheets). Comfortable working with Zoom/MSTeams/GoogleMeet. Enthusiasm for education and a strong commitment to trainer development.
