What You'll Do

Ensure optimal inventory levels are available across multiple warehouses/locations so products never go out of stock.
Forecast inventory requirements for upcoming periods to support sales plans and prevent shortages.

Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs); manage inventory flows and incoming goods. Monitor, report, and minimize ageing inventory; move slow stock proactively. Maintain accurate inventory records with zero errors; oversee regular audits and reconciliations. Develop and maintain robust dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel for real-time tracking of stock positions, movements, and replenishment needs. Collaborate closely with sales on sales plan forecasts to keep stock ready for demand surges and seasonal peaks. Coordinate with warehouse staff, vendors, and logistics to troubleshoot bottlenecks and ensure timely product availability. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved stock turns and working capital utilization.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field. 5+ years' hands-on experience managing inventory/stock across warehouses or retail locations (D2C, B2B, or manufacturing background preferred). Master with Google Sheets, Excel, and inventory dashboards; comfortable creating custom formulas, pivots, and automated reports. Detail-obsessed and systems-oriented; you keep records crisp and spot issues before they impact business. Strong communicator and collaborator able to partner with sales, warehouse, and finance teams. Adept at process problem-solving and driving continuous improvement.
