Job Description

To drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with educational institutions, universities, training centers, industry bodies, and government agencies. The role focuses on promoting Skillnet's skilling solutions, training programs, and services to institutional clients, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue generation.

Business Development & Lead Generation



Identify and prospect institutions (colleges, universities, training centers, industry clusters, SSCs, and government departments) for collaboration. Generate leads through research, networking, events, and industry connects. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals tailored to institutional needs.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in institutions and government bodies. Understand institutional requirements and provide customized skilling/training solutions. Ensure smooth onboarding, handholding, and support for institutional clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth



Achieve sales targets through institutional tie-ups, MoUs, and contracts. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements with institutions. Monitor pipeline, track conversions, and report progress to management.

Pay: ?10,594.90 - ?28,140.44 per month
