, and we are looking for a driven professional to manage B2B partnerships and large-volume clients.

Role: Institutional Sales Specialist

A field-oriented sales role focused on acquiring and managing institutional, corporate, and bulk buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & onboard institutional clients (manufacturers, corporate canteens, spice companies, bakeries, sweet manufacturers, exporters, etc.)
Generate leads through cold calling, networking & field visits
Prepare quotations, proposals & corporate supply agreements
Manage client relationships & ensure repeat orders
Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain & finance teams for smooth order execution
Track market trends, competitor pricing & business opportunities
Maintain sales pipeline, reporting & customer records

Required Skills & Experience

2-6 years of FMCG sales experience (Institutional / B2B / Bulk / HORECA)
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship management
Ability to handle pricing, quotations & volume-based deals
Experience with dry fruits, spices, food ingredients (preferred)
Good knowledge of Excel, CRM & reporting
Target-driven, self-motivated & field-focused
