Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
Explore new opportunities in untapped institutional segments.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns for institutional clients.
Track sales performance against targets.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on institutional sales activities.
Share market insights and competitor activities with management.
