We are hiring a Sales Manager with

B.Com qualification

and

fluency in English

, having experience in

Lighting and Solar Street Light products

. The candidate should have strong exposure to

government projects

including

PM Surya Yojana

,

Military Engineer Services (MES)

,

PM KUSUM

and other

Central/State Government organizations

. The role requires handling government departments, managing tenders, and consistently

achieving sales targets

.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities in

PM Surya Yojana

,

Military Engineer Services (MES)

,

PM KUSUM

2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

4. Collaborate with our team to tailor product offerings.

5. Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies as needed.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience :- 10 years

BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Experience in sales, especially in government or defense sectors.

2. Familiarity with the procurement processes of

PM Surya Yojana

,

Military Engineer Services (MES)

,

PM KUSUM

3. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

4. Willingness to travel and do field work.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
