Job Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Institution Manager to lead the admissions and business development operations of our campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions, driving enrollment growth, and ensuring smooth academic coordination with the team.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and oversee daily operations related to student admissions and institutional growth.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective counseling and followups.
Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners.
Supervise and support the admission team to ensure seamless execution of processes.
Prepare periodic reports on lead status, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to implement promotional initiatives.

Requirements & Skills



Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in education sales, admissions, or a related position.
Proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
Fast learner with strong adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office or other tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
