Job Description

A Leading FMCG Company is looking for experienced candidate in driving institutional sales (corporates, HoReCa, government, modern trade, bulk buyers) for FMCG products, managing key accounts, acquiring new institutional clients, and achieving volume and revenue targets in assigned regions.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for institutional channels (corporate clients, HoReCa chains, canteens, caterers, large organizations, bulk buyers).
Identify and acquire new institutional accounts; expand business with existing key accounts through range selling and higher share of wallet.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and annual rate agreements, ensuring profitable terms and on?time renewals.
Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure OTIF supplies, credit control, and customer satisfaction.
Track sales KPIs, pipeline, and market trends; prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and competitor intelligence.
Coordinate promotions, sampling, and activations tailored to institutional customers
Requirements
Graduate / MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred, with 10+ years of FMCG sales experience including institutional / corporate / HoReCa sales.
Strong B2B selling, key?account management, and contract negotiation skills.
Good understanding of FMCG distribution, pricing, schemes, and bulk procurement behavior of institutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting; comfortable managing a sales funnel and forecasts.
Excellent communication, relationship?building, and stakeholder?management skills; willingness to travel extensively
