Job Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Institution Sales Manager

to drive institutional sales for our medical devices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with hospitals, government institutions, corporate healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders. They will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the institutional market, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:



Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, government agencies, healthcare institutions, and large corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including purchase heads, doctors, and administrators. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth for institutional sales. Drive bulk sales of gloves, nebulizers, thermometers, and other medical devices through tenders, bulk orders, and direct procurement channels.

Tender Management & Bidding:



Identify and participate in government and private hospital tenders. Prepare and submit bid documents in coordination with the regulatory and finance teams. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with institutions while ensuring profitability.

Strategic Planning & Market Research:



Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches. Develop strategies to increase brand visibility and market share in the institutional segment. Provide insights and feedback to the product development and marketing teams to align products with market demands.

Collaboration & Coordination:



Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

Compliance & Documentation:



Ensure compliance with institutional procurement policies and regulations. Maintain proper documentation for all sales, contracts, tenders, and client communications.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in institutional sales, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry. Strong network with hospitals, government bodies, and healthcare institutions. Experience in tender processes and institutional procurement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and sales development.
