Drive institutional sales across schools, colleges, sports academies, government
bodies, and corporate clients.
Leverage personal network--especially in the sports domain--to initiate and grow
business partnerships.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles: from lead generation and pitching to negotiation,
closing, and after-sales service.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with sports officials, coaches, procurement
heads, and decision-makers.
Develop region-wise institutional business strategy and lead a growing sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams (product, production, logistics) to ensure order
fulfilment and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at major sports events, institutional meetings, and trade
fairs.
Track and analyze sales KPIs and present regular performance reports to
management.
