Job Description

Role Objective



To drive HORECA and institutional revenue by onboarding premium hotels, cafes, resorts, restaurants and corporate hospitality partners. This role focuses on relationship selling, premium brand positioning, sampling conversions, and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue



Identify, pitch and close premium: Hotels (Luxury, Heritage, Business) Cafes & Specialty Coffee Shops Resorts & Wellness Retreats Restaurants & Fine Dining Build and manage a strong sales pipeline Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets Convert sampling trials to long-term accounts

Premium Pitching & Brand Representation



Confidently present Mittal Teas' premium positioning, heritage, quality & craftsmanship Pitch to: F&B Directors Purchase Heads Executive Chefs Cafe Owners / Founders Conduct tastings & product demonstrations Create tea menu recommendations for clients

Relationship & Key Account Management



Maintain strong client relationships Ensure repeat orders Handle negotiations & pricing discussions Resolve service or supply issues quickly

Distributor & Channel Coordination



Work with regional distributors / partners Ensure availability and supply consistency Support distributors with hotel onboarding

Reporting & Discipline



Maintain CRM / Sales reporting Weekly pipeline & visit reports Track sampling ? conversion ? repeat metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile



Experience selling to HORECA industry Preferred: Tea / Coffee / Beverages / Dairy / FMCG Existing connects in hotel industry is a BIG plus Confident communicator Polished personality -- comfortable in premium hotel environments Excellent negotiation & presentation skills Self-driven, target oriented, disciplined

Skills Required



Strong English communication + local language
Experience presenting premium products
Understanding of hotel procurement process
Relationship selling ability
CRM / reporting ability
Persistence & structured follow-ups

Performance KPIs



New hotel / cafe accounts opened per month Revenue generated Repeat order rate Sampling ? Conversion percentage Number of meetings / tastings conducted Distributor activation support

Compensation & Rewards



Fixed Salary: ?20,000 - ?50,000 / month Incentives on: New account closures Monthly revenue achievements Repeat business milestones Travel reimbursement
