Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop new institutional clients such as canteens, hotels, restaurants, and corporate buyers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing institutional customers to ensure repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, dispatch) to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management regularly.
Ensure timely collection of payments from institutional clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
