We are looking for an experienced and motivated Institutional Sales Executive/Manager with strong expertise in pharma or surgical equipment institutional sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business in government hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare institutes, while maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, professors, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
Drive institutional sales for pharma or surgical equipment in government hospitals and medical colleges.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with professors, consultants, and institutional stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare domain.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups for closing institutional deals.
Ensure proper market coverage and regular visits to assigned institutions.
Provide timely reporting on sales activities, competitor analysis, and market trends
Required Skills & Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in institutional sales for pharma, medical devices, or surgical equipment.
Strong understanding of government hospital procurement, medical colleges, and institutional sales cycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships with professors, consultants, and hospital decision-makers.
Knowledge of the healthcare domain, medical equipment, pharma industry, and related products.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduation in any field (Undergraduate with 7 to 9 years of experience
Age: Below 35 years.
Candidates with prior experience in pharma or surgical equipment sales will be preferred.
Should have an existing network or contacts in medical colleges and government institutions.
