Job Description



We are hiring a dynamic

Sales Executive

to manage student engagement activities, institutional visits, and promotional programs across Kerala. The role involves conducting awareness sessions, coordinating events, generating inquiries, and supporting overall student acquisition.

Key Responsibilities



Visit schools, colleges, and educational centers as per the scheduled plan Conduct awareness talks, workshops, and interactive student sessions Build and maintain strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community contacts Collect, verify, and update student/parent information accurately in the CRM Support offline marketing activities such as brochures, posters, standees, and event setups Build local networks and strengthen community connections Generate student inquiries and interest through field activities and events Participate in education fairs, expos, and public engagement programs Identify potential collaborations with institutions Share feedback and suggestions to improve sales and engagement performance Coordinate follow-ups with the Sales and Counseling teams Encourage student walk-ins and inquiries at learning centers Maintain proper logs of visits, interactions, and daily tasks Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports Work closely with internal teams to support campaigns and field initiatives

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in any discipline 0-3 years of experience in sales, engagement, or offline/BTL marketing Strong communication and presentation skills in

English and Malayalam

Ability to independently handle travel, events, and field activities Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
