Key Responsibilities: -

Lead Generation and Prospecting



Identify potential institutional clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

Sales Presentations and Sample Tasting



Prepare and deliver compelling Institutional sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each client.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues promptly.

Sales Strategy and Business Development



Develop and implement effective Institutional sales strategies to achieve targets. Create sales plans and set performance goals. Identify new markets, industries, and clients for sales. Analyze customer needs to optimize sales performance. Set and achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.

Reporting and Documentation



Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.

Event Participation and Networking



Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events. Build and expand professional networks to support business development efforts.

Negotiation & Closing



Engage in negotiations and close sales deals to maximize revenue for the company

Team Leadership & Coordination



Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the team.

Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or Marketing 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record of meeting sales targets Willingness to travel
