Job Summary



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Institutional Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism company. The role involves developing and managing relationships with corporate institutions, government bodies, educational institutions, and other large organizations to promote our travel services and customized group tours. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales in the tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and acquire institutional clients including corporates, PSUs, schools, colleges, and government departments. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Develop tailored travel solutions (corporate travel, MICE, educational tours, incentive trips) based on client requirements. Prepare and present customized proposals, pitches, and pricing structures. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to generate leads. Maintain updated CRM records and generate periodic sales reports. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2-8 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in travel/tourism or hospitality. Existing network of institutional clients is a strong advantage. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills



Knowledge of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Familiarity with travel software or CRM tools. Experience in government liaison or tendering processes (for senior roles).
