We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional BDM to lead institutional sales efforts within the FMCG sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key institutional accounts (e.g., hotels, hospitals, corporates, government bodies), and driving revenue growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets.
Identify and onboard new institutional clients across sectors.
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
3-5 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably in FMCG.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
