Job Summary: Lead our efforts in engaging, converting, and expanding our base of institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders in institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Conversion & Onboarding: Engage with warm institutional leads and actively drive them through the sales funnel. Follow up rigorously with prospective clients to ensure timely conversion and successful onboarding.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with institutional clients to understand their requirements and ensure long-term engagement.
Business Development & Acquisition: Identify and pursue new institutional business opportunities across targeted sectors. Build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and collaboration with internal teams.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in Institutional sales, client engagement, relationship management in broking/trading industry.
