Magnus Cadeaux India Pvt Ltd is hiring for Sales Manager for our Corporate sales (B2B). Below mentioned details will give you an insight of the role, Definition of Role: A sales manager is a facilitator between the head of sales & the assigned clients, responsible for smooth communication between the two. He/she is in charge of generating leads, following up with the clients on the generated leads, sending relevant product options with pricing to the client basis their requirement to convert the lead into an order and maintaining positive customer-client relations.

Responsibilities:



1. Co-ordinating between the client and internal Sales Manager in order to generate leads from existing, new clients & converting into sales.

2. Maintaining positive customer-client relations to retain them.

3. Data Management.

4. Developing skills & business knowledge to grow into a Sr. Sales Co-Ordinator/Sales Executive.

Tasks & Activities:

Co-ordinating between the client and internal Sales Manager in order to generate leads from existing, new clients & converting into order: Preparing and sharing presentation to clients as per their requirement, sending quotations Follow up with client basis your ongoing inquiry for follow-ups, Ensuring smooth coordination between your reporting sales Head/Managers and Clients Ensuring sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date and arrange presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads into orders. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material such as samples are available and are sent to clients as and when required. Maintaining positive customer-client relations to retain them: Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested, contribute to overall client satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling Queries by phone/messages. Data Management: Maintain organized sales records and reports daily/weekly/monthly basis Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports Developing skills & business knowledge to grow into a Sales Executive: Attend sales training, meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products Efficiently manage your own task and learn how to bring in sales to the company to not only grow the business but also to grow yourself into a sales executive.

Desired Candidate Profile:

HSC/Graduates/Post Graduates all can apply Minimum 1.5 years - 5 years of similar experience required (Sales Manager/ Project Manager) Candidates from Corporate Gifting/Promotional Gifting preferred Perks and Benefits: Fixed salary would be depending upon Skill set & Work experience) Incentives can be offered if the person is capable of generating sales independently.

Pay: ₹14,796.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
