Requirements
Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate from any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales, or support roles.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English for effective communication with placement officers, institutional stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Fluent in Tamil for local coordination and relationship building.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of ownership, commitment, and accountability in executing responsibilities.
  • Based in Chennai with the ability to attend in-person meetings with institutes and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Institute Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, research, and prospect educational institutions to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with Placement Officers, Directors, and key institutional stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-person product demonstrations and present service offerings to prospective institutes.
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to introduce platforms and services.
  • Understand institute requirements and recommend customized solutions aligned with their needs.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve assigned targets.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing institutional partners.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
Client Success & Operations Support
  • Manage and sustain relationships with corporate and institutional clients, addressing their ongoing requirements.
  • Handle client mandates end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Coordinate closely with technical and internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Engage with internal systems and tools to manage workflows and client data effectively.
  • Support the organization, maintenance, and optimization of databases and records.
  • Communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and clarify data needs.
  • Learn and implement best practices in system usage and database management with guidance from senior team members.
