Handle student admissions, counseling, and course inquiries.
Plan, organize, and monitor classes, schedules, and faculty coordination.
Manage front office operations, staff performance, and student support.
Implement strategies to achieve admission targets and ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain student records, reports, and fee follow-ups.
Ensure discipline, quality standards, and a professional environment in the institute.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream (Education/Management preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in institute/course management or admissions.
Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to handle targets, deadlines, and day-to-day challenges effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
