Job Description

Roles & Responsibility:

Install and configure home automation systems, including smart lighting, security cameras, thermostats, and audio/visual systems.

Performing wiring and cabling tasks according to design specifications.

Conducting diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.

Providing On-Site repair and maintenance services for automation equipment and machinery.

Collaborate with clients to understand their automation needs and preferences.

Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely completion of installation and repairs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in installing and servicing home automation systems.

Experience in Audio visual, home theatre, projector.

Knowledge of home automation technologies, such as KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Customer service- oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
