The Installation Officer is responsible for supervising and executing product installation at client sites while ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. The role involves coordinating with the logistics team, guiding on-site workers, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the installation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise installation of equipment at customer sites.
Ensure installations follow company standards and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Provide technical support and resolve installation-related issues on-site.
Maintain installation reports and submit completion documents.
Communicate with customers for installation schedules and status updates.
Train site workers on installation procedures and tools.
Skills & Competencies:
Technical knowledge of installation processes and tools.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Engineering or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in installation/service roles (preferably in equipment or construction industry).
