To visit sites against our requirements for both Installation and ServicesTo plan and visit the sites for routine MaintenanceTo Plan and Arrange Facilities @ site for Installation (Crane/Manlift/Reach truck etc..)To Ensure on time erection completionTo Prepare and update project plans and status reports & Service reports To handle Customers & their requirements @ site during and after installation / serviceTo analyse and resolve the technical issues at siteTo Improve service response time To discuss with technical department and resolving the complaints permanentlyTo suggest / guide customers on spares replacement and requirementsTo participate in project performance review meetings and discussions. To Submit necessary reports / feedbacksTo obtain periodic feedbacks from the customers
