Position: Installation & Testing Supervisor

Department: Operations

Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation of CNG kits and associated equipment in vehicles.

Conduct pre- and post-installation testing to ensure compliance with safety and certification standards.

Oversee CNG cylinder testing and certification processes.

Train and guide technicians in proper installation and testing methods.

Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed during installation and testing.

Maintain detailed records of installations, tests, and certifications.

Coordinate with customers and provide technical support when required.

Report to the Operations Manager on daily activities and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/ITI/Engineering in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field.

2-5 years of relevant experience in CNG/LPG installation, vehicle conversion, or testing.

Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and government regulations.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to lead a team and handle multiple projects.

Good communication skills in Malayalam, English (Hindi preferred).
