Installation Supervisor

to oversee the installation and commissioning of our advanced parking systems at our project site in

Bhandarli Village, Shil-Kalyan Phata

.

Key Responsibilities

The Installation Supervisor will be responsible for the complete on-site management of the installation process, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Supervision & Management:

Directly supervise and manage the installation team, including fitters, technicians, and laborers. Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure adherence to the project timeline. Maintain strict compliance with site safety regulations and company quality standards.

Technical & Quality Assurance:

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications for the installation of

Elevated/Multilevel Parking Systems

. Conduct regular quality checks of materials and workmanship throughout the installation process. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and site-specific challenges promptly.

Coordination & Reporting:

Act as the primary point of contact between the site team, project management, and clients/contractors. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, detailing work completed, resources used, and any deviations or delays. Manage and account for on-site inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.

Commissioning & Handover:

Oversee pre-commissioning checks and final system commissioning. Ensure all necessary documentation for testing, commissioning, and handover is accurately completed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of

5+ years of experience

in supervising the installation of heavy machinery, material handling systems, elevators, or, preferably,

automated/multi-level parking systems

. Proven track record of managing construction/installation crews effectively.

Skills:

Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of standard safety procedures and best practices in the construction environment.
