Site Supervisor - Doors, Windows & Facade Industry

Location: gurugram

Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (Based on experience) + Travel Allowance

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Immediate Joiner Preferred

About the Role:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience in the Doors & Windows, Facade, Structural, Interior, or Construction Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site installation of aluminum doors and windows, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the installation of aluminum windows and facade systems at project sites.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Vendors, and Contractors for seamless execution.

Conduct site inspections, assess challenges, and implement timely solutions.

Support planning and design phases with technical insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare work schedules and execution plans.

Liaise between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to manage project logistics.

Conduct regular quality checks and material inspections to ensure industry compliance.

Maintain site records, prepare progress reports, and keep detailed construction logs.

Monitor project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.

Present regular updates to clients and senior management on project progress.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or Structural Engineering.

Experience: 1-3 years in site supervision, preferably in the aluminum windows, facade, or construction industry.

Strong understanding of installation techniques, construction regulations, and tools.

Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting project plans.

Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Comfortable with city travel (Travel Allowance provided).
