The Installation Coordinator will support the Installation Manager by ensuring the smooth execution of daily installation tasks, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Key
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations: Ensure installation tasks are on schedule, and address any issues promptly.
2. Team Support: Assist with morning briefings, loading, and onsite tasks when necessary.
3. Customer Interaction: Provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
4. Site Visits: Conduct pre-site and post-site visits to ensure readiness and quality of installations.
5. Reporting: Update the Installations Manager daily on progress and potential issues.
6. Supervision: Oversee live projects to ensure the team adheres to schedules and quality standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (UPVC or aluminium industry).
A two-wheeler is a must.
Schedule: Day shift.
Location: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to West New Delhi before starting work.
