Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on

Installation Supervisor

to manage on-site installation activities for interior design projects. The role involves supervising installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing installations as per drawings, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Site Installation & Supervision

Supervise installation of furniture, fixtures, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall panels, and fittings Ensure installation is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate daily site activities and installation schedules

Manpower & Contractor Management

Manage carpenters, fitters, electricians, and subcontractors Allocate work, monitor productivity, and maintain site discipline Ensure availability of tools, materials, and manpower

Quality Control

Ensure quality workmanship and finishing as per company standards Identify installation defects and ensure rectification Coordinate snag list closure and final handover support

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and factory teams Report daily progress, material requirements, and site issues Support project handover and client inspections

Safety & Site Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety norms and site rules Enforce use of PPE and safe working practices Maintain site cleanliness and discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Trade certification in Carpentry / Interior / Civil / Mechanical 3-7 years of experience in interior installation or site supervision Strong understanding of interior drawings and site execution Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

Retail, commercial, or showroom interior projects Turnkey interior execution exposure Multi-site project handling

CTC: As per industry standards

Working Days:

As per project/site requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
